12V Ride-On Cars: A Parent's Safety Guide

12V Ride-On Cars: A Parent's Safety Guide

12V Ride-On Cars? Here is a simple, practical guide from the GBruno Store family.

Why 12V?

12V ride-on cars have enough power for grass and gentle slopes, but stay at safe speeds of about 2–4 mph, ideal for ages 3–6.

Use the parent remote

Most models include a 2.4G remote so you can steer or stop the car. Keep it in your hand for the first rides.

Seat belts and soft starts

Look for seat belts, a slow-start motor and a low top speed setting. Ride only on flat surfaces away from pools, driveways and streets.

Battery care

Charge fully before the first ride (usually 8–12 hours), never over-charge, and store the car indoors in winter to protect the battery.
